Eva Perdiki Holdsworth extends a warm invitation to the sports community to join Body Efficient Pilates, located in Furzedown SW17, London. Eva, founder of Body Efficient Pilates, has curated a variety of Pilates classes and sessions tailored to help individuals achieve their fitness objectives.

Eva's Pilates journey began in 1996 during her time at the College of the Royal Academy of Dance. Inspired by the positive impact on her ballet technique, she later completed an extensive teaching course covering Mat work and Apparatus with Pilates Foundation Ltd. Her comprehensive training enables her to adapt Pilates to meet various needs, including pre and postnatal care, hypermobility, osteoporosis, arthritis, and MS.

Eva's passion is working with people of all abilities, ages, and backgrounds. From professional dancers and athletes to individuals with disabilities, children, and seniors, she aims to create an inclusive environment where everyone can work towards their personal goals.

In addition to traditional Pilates, Body Efficient Pilates offers the Garuda method and Yoga Trapeze. During lockdown, Eva completed several online Garuda training courses, which blend Pilates, yoga, and dance to boost strength, flexibility and coordination. She also trained in the Yoga Trapeze, a tool that supports challenging poses and enhances hand-grip and upper body strength.

Body Efficient Pilates provides various sessions to meet different needs. Apparatus Sessions use equipment like the Reformer and Wunda Chair to enhance body alignment and balance, suitable for all levels. The Yoga Trapeze can be included in these sessions or enjoyed separately, adding a new dimension to the Pilates experience.

For those preferring to stay at home, online sessions using a roller and mat are available. These sessions are designed to be fun and engaging, providing both physical and mental challenges. Personalised 1:1 online sessions are also offered for tailored guidance.

Pricing options cater to different preferences. Zoom sessions are £40 for a single session or £350 for a block of 10 sessions. Studio sessions begin with an introductory 1:1 Apparatus session at £55. A block of 5 × 1:1 Apparatus sessions is £250, and a block of 10 × 1:1 Apparatus sessions is £450. Group sessions are also available at £35 per person for a single 2:1 Apparatus session, £150 for a block of 5 sessions, and £270 for a block of 10 sessions per person.
