Eva's Pilates journey began in 1996 during her time at the College of the Royal Academy of Dance. Inspired by the positive impact on her ballet technique, she later completed an extensive teaching course covering Mat work and Apparatus with Pilates Foundation Ltd. Her comprehensive training enables her to adapt Pilates to meet various needs, including pre and postnatal care, hypermobility, osteoporosis, arthritis, and MS.

She also trained in the Yoga Trapeze, a tool that supports challenging poses and enhances hand-grip and upper body strength.

Apparatus Sessions use equipment like the Reformer and Wunda Chair to enhance body alignment and balance, suitable for all levels. A block of 5 × 1:1 Apparatus sessions is £250, and a block of 10 × 1:1 Apparatus sessions is £450. Group sessions are also available at £35 per person for a single 2:1 Apparatus session, £150 for a block of 5 sessions, and £270 for a block of 10 sessions per person.
