In addition to our fitness classes, we also offer a dedicated weights class on Mondays from 6:30-7pm. This class is ideal for individuals looking to build strength and improve overall muscle tone. With a focus on proper form and technique, our weights class is suitable for all fitness levels and is priced at 4 per session.
