Body Balance offers different programmes to suit varying needs. The Private 1:1 Personal Training (Deluxe) provides a completely private experience with a customised training plan. If you prefer working out with a mate, the Private 2:1 Personal Training (Duo) offers a tailored programme where you can hit your own goals while keeping each other motivated.
The studio also runs group High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes, suitable for everyone, aimed at reshaping both body and mind within your capabilities. Plus, being linked to a well-respected Physiotherapy Clinic means they can create programmes that also support injury rehabilitation.
Getting started with Body Balance is straightforward. Simply book a free consultation to chat about your goals with one of the coaches. Consultations can be over the phone, via Zoom, or in-person, covering Wellesbourne, Leamington Spa, Warwick, and nearby areas.
