Our Matwork Pilates classes consist of a series of over 100 exercises, many of which are unique to our approach. These exercises teach you the movement skills necessary to gain maximum benefits from Pilates. Whether you're a beginner or advanced practitioner, our Matwork Pilates classes will guide you step-by-step towards classical exercises created by Joseph Pilates himself over eighty years ago.
In addition to Pilates, we also offer Meditation classes which focus on practising the three core skills of meditation: breathing exercises, finding a peaceful mind, and finding clarity. These classes provide an opportunity for deep relaxation and inner exploration, allowing you to cultivate a sense of calm and serenity.
Stretching is an integral part of our approach as it prepares both your body and mind for meditation and Pilates. By working on your flexibility, stretching makes your lessons more productive and comfortable, enabling you to sit longer and more comfortably during meditation sessions.
