Body Conditioning Classes are now available at Cysgod y Wellbeing, the popular fitness club in Colwyn Bay. These dynamic and energetic sessions, lasting for 45 minutes, are designed to give you a comprehensive full-body workout. Using a combination of various equipment and body weight exercises, these classes are suitable for individuals of all abilities and fitness levels.
One of the great advantages of these Body Conditioning Classes is their flexibility in terms of timing. Held on weekdays from 09:15 am to 10:00 am, they are perfect for those who want to squeeze in a workout right after dropping their kids off at school. It's a convenient way to start your day on a positive note.
When it comes to memberships, it's important to note that there is a minimum term of 3 months. However, if you decide that it's not for you, you can cancel at any time after the initial period. It's worth mentioning that the option to purchase blocks of 10 credits for sessions has been discontinued. Instead, we now offer single credits for both Bootcamps and Body-Con classes.
If you currently have any existing credits purchased for Pump House Classes, rest assured that they will remain valid until used or expired. Also, if you have recently purchased an annual Gym or Gym & Bootcamp membership, you have the option to adjust it pro rata at the Gym to include Body Conditioning.
It's significant to keep in mind, though, that Yoga with Liv on a Tuesday is not included in any CXF Wellbeing membership plans. If you're interested in attending this class, you will need to book and pay for it directly through Liv.
For those eligible for the Blue Light/NHS/Student/Military discount, please note that this only applies to monthly memberships paid by Direct Debit. Unfortunately, it does not apply to annual or pay-as-you-go memberships.
