The Woolworths NetSetGO program hosted by Brisbane Netball Association (BNA) is a fantastic opportunity for young girls and boys to get involved in the sport of netball in a fun and supportive environment. With a focus on building skills, confidence, and friendships, this program is perfect for kids born between 2016 and 2019. Divided into Net and Set tiers, the program offers age-appropriate training with modified equipment to ensure a positive learning experience.
Starting on April 20th, 2024, and running for eight weeks until June 8th, 2024, the sessions will take place on Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 9:00 am at Bradbury Park in Chermside QLD. The program includes exciting theme days, skills development, mini-games, and even a special session where parents can join in on the fun. In case of bad weather, a make-up day on June 15th, 2024, has been scheduled to ensure that all participants get the full experience.
Registration is now open on the BNA website, and participants will receive a welcome email with account activation. Additionally, a participant pack will be provided, including a NetSetGO size 4 netball and a t-shirt for newbies or a drawstring bag and water bottle for returning participants. For a personal touch, child's name can be added to the t-shirt for a small fee of $10.00. Fair Play Vouchers are accepted, so financial assistance is available for those who need it.
