The grounds are top-notch, featuring a neatly kept cricket pitch, comfortable seating for spectators, and plenty of parking.
Blyth CC fields teams for all ages and skill levels. Andy has organised for the 1st and 2nd XI to play in the Bassetlaw & District Cricket League on Saturdays. The Women's XI, Women’s Super 8s, and Women’s Soft Ball teams compete on Sundays in the East Midlands Women's Cricket League. There are also junior teams for children aged 5-10 in the Nottinghamshire Kwik League, with Under 13s and Under 11s hardball teams playing in the Bassetlaw Junior Cricket League. New this year, Andy's excited to introduce girls' teams for both softball and U11-13s hardball.
Practise and training facilities are excellent, with nets available for batting and bowling. The coaching team is dedicated to helping players improve.
It's not all about cricket – Andy also ensures plenty of social events throughout the year, fostering a strong community spirit.
