At Blush Pilates and Wellness, we pride ourselves on offering small class Reformer Pilates sessions, ensuring personalised attention and a supportive environment. Additionally, we provide private sessions for those seeking individualised instruction. We also offer specialised Youth Pilates classes, catering to the unique needs of younger participants.
One of our most popular services is our Hypoxi fitness training machines. These machines have gained worldwide recognition for their effectiveness in helping women with stubborn fat and cellulite achieve their weight loss goals and feel more comfortable in their own skin.
Our goal at Blush Pilates and Wellness is to create a nurturing space where women can prioritise their well-being and achieve their fitness goals. For new clients, we offer special packages such as the Hypoxi L250 Trainer or S120 Trainer Starter Pack, which includes six 35-minute sessions for $180. We also have a Reformer Pilates Class Pass, which includes three Reformer Pilates classes for $49.
