With climbs specifically designed for smaller climbers and a separate area from the main gym, Blocland ensures a safe and ideal environment for kids to gain movement skills and build confidence.
Sessions at Blocland are one hour long and cost $14 per person. So, whether it's a weekend adventure from 10am to 5pm or a weekday escapade from 9am to 4pm, there's plenty of time for your little ones to enjoy the exciting world of bouldering. And here's a tip – during off-peak hours on weekdays, members can bring up to two children into Blocland for free! Just remember to book under your own name and not your children's.
Don't worry if you don't have climbing shoes, as climbing shoe hire is available for only $5 per person. Alternatively, climbers must wear clean closed-toe shoes while tackling the walls. Safety is our top priority, after all!
Children aged 5-13 are also welcome to explore the bigger climbs in the main bouldering gym, but they must climb under the direct supervision of an adult aged 18 or older. And speaking of supervision, in Blocland, the ratio is one adult to two children, while in the main bouldering gym, it's one adult to three children.
