BL Coaching

BL Coaching is a training centre for cyclists in Quebec City, dedicated to helping riders achieve their fitness goals and improve their performance on the bike. Regardless of the equipment chosen, all sessions measure power output to accurately gage effort during 60 to 90-minute sessions.
