Welcome to Blackpool Bowmen Archery Club, a friendly and family-oriented club located in Bispham near Blackpool. The club warmly welcomes new members of all ages, whether adults or juniors. For those who are new to archery, the club offers beginner courses on a regular basis. The club's membership includes individuals shooting various types of bows such as the longbow, flatbow, recurve, and compound.
Blackpool Bowmen Archery Club draws most of its members from Blackpool and the Fylde coast, including the surrounding rural areas of Fleetwood, Thornton, Cleveleys, Poulton-le-Fylde, St. Annes, and Lytham. The clubhouse and range are conveniently located at Little Bispham, with the address being Fleetwood Road FY5 1RN (not postal).
The club offers beginner courses consisting of six 90-minute sessions spread over six weeks. These sessions are usually held on Monday evenings from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm in the club's purpose-built range. Qualified coaches, along with experienced archers, provide individual tuition to two groups of six people during the early stages of the course. All necessary equipment is provided at no additional cost to the course fee, which is 80 for adults and 60 for juniors (under 18).

In addition to the beginner courses, Blackpool Bowmen Archery Club also hosts “have a go” events for groups by arrangement. These events are open to individuals aged 8 and above and can accommodate 8 to 12 people. The cost per person is 10.
