He is a CrossFit Level 2 Coach and also holds qualifications in strength and conditioning, Olympic weightlifting, and personal training. Ben is passionate about helping individuals reach their goals and pushing them to achieve their full potential. He is dedicated to providing a supportive and motivating environment for all members.

The Fundamentals class is perfect for beginners who are new to weightlifting and want to learn the basic techniques and movements. The Personal Training sessions provide one-on-one coaching for those who prefer a more individualised approach.
For those who prefer a more flexible training session, the Open Gym allows members to come in and use the equipment at their own pace. Club Training sessions are also available, where members can train together and push each other to improve.

Coach Natasha is a British Weightlifting Level 1 & 2 coach and CrossFit Level 1 coach, and Coach Bryan is a Level 2 CrossFit Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer. Coach Ben is a CrossFit Level 2 Coach with a background in strength and conditioning.
