About
Jack would like to share some exciting updates about Bishops Park Concrete Skatepark & Bowl in Fulham, London. It’s a well-loved spot for skaters, known for its smooth surface and simple design. Originally, it had an L-shaped bowl but they’ve now added a curved ledge and a manny pad with a high ledge and adjoining hip. Plenty to keep things interesting!
Everyone’s welcome at the skatepark, and it’s free to use during park hours. If you’re planning a visit, the skatepark’s address is Stevenage Road, London SW6 6ER, which is quite handy for both locals and those coming from afar. Near the Putney Bridge train station, you just follow Station Approach until it connects with Putney Bridge Approach, and there you are, Bishops Park right in front of you. Or, if you’re taking the bus, hop off at the Bishops Park Road bus stop and you’ll see it.
The park’s got some handy amenities – there are toilets and a café within Bishops Park, making things easy for a day out skating.
Check out the website if you want to see some action shots in the gallery section, or keep up with the latest news, including any changes to opening hours. It’s a good way to stay updated.
Also, the skatepark is featured on The Skateparks Project, which is a UK directory and resource hub for those interested in skateparks. They offer advice and resources for councils and communities looking to build their own skateparks.
Whether you’re a skater or just love watching, Bishops Park Concrete Skatepark & Bowl offers a great spot in the heart of London with a smooth ride and new challenges. Pop round and join the local skaters for a spin!
