Age range of U13 to U17 athletes. Our coaches are dedicated to nurturing and developing young talent in a safe and supportive environment. We encourage our junior members to compete in local and regional competitions to gain valuable experience and build their confidence.
Triathlon: Our triathlon team is made up of athletes of all levels, from beginners to experienced triathletes. We offer training sessions that focus on swimming, cycling, and running, as well as sessions that combine all three disciplines. Our coaches provide guidance and support to help athletes improve their performance and achieve their triathlon goals.
Swimming: We offer swimming sessions at Bromsgrove leisure centre, where athletes can improve their swimming technique and endurance. Our coached swim sessions are designed to help athletes become stronger and more efficient swimmers, whether they are training for triathlons or simply want to improve their swimming skills.
Cross Country: For those who enjoy the challenges of off-road running, we have a thriving cross country team. Our members compete in local and regional cross country races, where they tackle a variety of terrains and distances. Our coaches provide guidance on technique and training programmes to help athletes excel in cross country competitions.
Track and Field: Our track and field team competes in a range of events, including sprints, jumps, and throws. We have qualified coaches who provide training in these disciplines, helping athletes improve their skills and reach their full potential. We compete in local and regional track and field competitions, giving our members the opportunity to showcase their talent.
