Birchmount Gymnastics Centre is thrilled to announce the upcoming 12-week Spring Session for Birchmount Ninja's, kicking off on April 3 and running until June 23, 2024. These classes cater to individuals aged 5 and above, with a strong emphasis on enhancing balance, strength, flexibility, agility, focus, and precision through carefully structured training sessions led by our team of certified coaches. Participants can look forward to honing their skills on the Tumble Track, as well as navigating through Agility and Strength circuits, along with the exciting Ninja circuit.
