They have fully qualified teachers who are highly experienced, having attained level 2 STA award and certificate certifications. All aspects of operation procedures, health and safety, customer care, and work criteria are meticulously adhered to.

Big Fish Little Fish Swim School is dedicated to constantly learning and progressing to provide the best service and standards for their customers. They are affiliated with STA Swim Star Swim School, CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity), and are a UKActive COVID-19 approved facility. They also have an in-house STA aquatic tutor and assessor to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

The swim school's purpose-built pool is designed specifically to teach learners of all ages and abilities how to swim. It is the only purpose-built learning environment on the Fylde Coast, providing the best opportunity for swimmers to build confidence and skills. With a maximum of 5 swimmers per class, the lessons focus on positive progression in a learner-centric environment. This allows learners to feel safe, welcome, and included in every session, with ample swimming time, attention, enjoyment, and progression.
