Bieman Fitness was founded by Jesse in 2015 with the aim of providing non-traditional fitness training options for clients in Cambridge and the surrounding areas. Starting with in-home personal training, we have since expanded to offer group classes in KW and Guelph, as well as outdoor training sessions in local parks. Our team is committed to helping clients of all fitness levels reach their potential and improve their overall health and well-being.
