Biay Orze / White Eagle - Polish Song & Dance Academy

Biay Orze / White Eagle – Polish Song & Dance Academy is a non-profit dance ensemble and academy located in Toronto. With over 50 years of experience, this academy offers training to young people starting from age 5 all the way to achieving a “Performer” status.

The academy is led by experienced instructor Alicja Stasiuk, who brings her expertise from dancing with ZPiT PROMNI in Poland. Students at Biay Orze are exposed to the richness of Polish folk culture through both song and dance lessons. Enrolment is open to individuals of all backgrounds and faiths.

Members of Biay Orze have the opportunity to showcase their skills through performances locally and internationally, including in Asia, Europe, North and South America, the USA, as well as at festivals in Poland such as the Iwonicz & Rzeszow Festivals. The academy has been the main event at the Roncesvalles Polish Festival since its inception and collaborates with other dance groups of various nationalities.

The active parent council and alumni of Biay Orze ensure that the memories and experiences gained through the academy live on, providing support and involvement for current members. The academy's location at 156 Roncesvalles Avenue in Toronto offers a convenient and accessible location for students.
