Located at 1/171 Power Street in Glendenning, our fitness centre offers a range of classes and programmes to cater to different fitness levels and goals. Whether you are new to CrossFit or have previous experience, we have a membership option that suits you.
For those new to CrossFit, we offer a free trial to give you a taste of what we have to offer. Once you're ready to join, you can choose from our unlimited membership, which includes access to CrossFit classes and open gym, or our limited membership, which focuses on CrossFit classes only. Prices for memberships vary depending on the duration, with options for 12-month, 6-month, and 3-month commitments.
Our class schedule is designed to accommodate busy schedules, with morning and evening classes available from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays, we offer morning classes to help you start your weekend on a healthy note.

BHD was a label given to a group of close friends, and after Jade's passing, his memory continues to inspire us. BHD CROSSFIT was established to fulfil Jade's vision of a healthier and more unified world, and we honour his spirit by carrying on his legacy.
