BFT Freshwater is a state-of-the-art fitness centre located in Suite 1, 23 Oliver Street, Freshwater, New South Wales. Operating hours are from Monday to Friday, between 5:30 am and 7:30 pm, and on Saturdays from 6 am to 11 am. The centre is closed on Sundays.
