In addition, Bev provides a 12-week Core & Pelvic Floor Recovery programme. This programme focuses on reconnecting and strengthening your core and pelvic floor, which is especially important for women who have gone through pregnancy and childbirth. It's essential to prioritise the health of these areas to avoid common issues like incontinence and abdominal separation.
Group workshops are also available (subject to Covid restrictions). These workshops provide a supportive and encouraging environment for women to come together and take part in fitness activities. They are a great way to connect with like-minded individuals and have fun while working towards your health and fitness goals.
