She began her dance training at a young age and went on to study classical ballet and contemporary dance at the New Zealand School of Dance. Marisa has danced professionally in New Zealand and Australia, performing in various productions and touring companies. She has always been interested in the connexion between movement, mindfulness, and overall well-being.
