Located in the stunning coastal town of Muriwai, Bethells Beach Surf Lifesaving Patrol, also known as Bethells Beach Surf Club, has been dedicated to providing life-saving services since 1958. Our passionate and highly skilled lifeguards are committed to ensuring the safety of all beachgoers who visit our beautiful Bethells Beach.
Our lifeguards volunteer their time and expertise, gifting hundreds of hours every year to ensure that everyone can safely enjoy the beach. With an unyielding commitment to extensive training, our lifeguards are considered among the best in the country. Equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge required to navigate the rugged West Coast waters, they hold the utmost ability to protect and serve our community.

Rain or shine, you can always find our dedicated team dressed in their distinctive red and yellow uniforms, watching over you and your whnau.
