Army, FBI, Navy SEALs, and Secret Service, among others.
Head Instructor Luke Beston, a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu under Prof. Royce Gracie, leads the instruction at Beston Gracie Central. With over 25 years of martial arts experience, Luke holds numerous ranks and teaching certifications for self-defence and fighting systems.
Beston Gracie Central boasts a state-of-the-art training facility designed to accommodate students of all levels. The facility features a spacious area for standing and ground techniques, a boxing/MMA cage, boxing bags and pads, free weights and kettlebells, and imitation weaponry for practising self-defence. Additionally, separate men's and women's bathrooms and change areas are provided for convenience.
Safety is a top priority at Beston Gracie Central. All training areas and equipment are thoroughly sanitised before and after each session to ensure the well-being of all students.
Beston Gracie Central offers a comprehensive class timetable to suit various schedules. Classes are available throughout the week, including specialised classes for kids. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, there is a class to suit your needs.
In terms of pricing, Beston Gracie Central offers a first-week free trial, allowing prospective students to experience the benefits of Jiu Jitsu before committing. Adult class packages are available for both 2 days per week and unlimited days per week. Kids class packages are also offered with options for 1 day per week or 2 days per week.
