Bespoke Fitness, located in Spanish Village at 56 Farrer Road, Singapore, is a gym and fitness centre founded in 2016 by siblings Yan and Tiat. Originally operating as a commercial gym in the one-north area, Bespoke Fitness now provides exclusive private training in their home gym for friends and neighbours. This unique setup allows for small group sessions or personal training, focusing on transforming lives through fitness.

The ethos of Bespoke Fitness is to provide real fitness through proper exercise, nutrition, and rest, all based on science and data. Their goal is to help clients become injury-free all-rounders, focusing on the five 'S's of stability, speed, strength, stamina, and shape. Membership at Bespoke Fitness is by referral only, creating a tight-knit community where everyone knows your name.

One of the highlights at Bespoke Fitness is their signature FitRX classes, a 60-minute High-Intensity Training (HIT) session developed by the Co-Founder siblings. These challenging classes include callisthenics, resistance training, and burst cardio, and are conducted both indoors and outdoors with natural ventilation. FitRX classes are designed to be scalable to each individual's fitness level, making them suitable for males, females, young, old, beginners, and advanced fitness enthusiasts.

The professional coaches at Bespoke Fitness, led by Head Coach Yan, are all part of the FitRX RX Crew and ensure that every class is programmed effectively. With a focus on leading by example, the coaches at Bespoke Fitness are all university graduates, providing a unique approach to fitness coaching.

In addition to their classes, Bespoke Fitness also offers virtual memberships, drop-in classes, and a personalised training programme.
