Berriwillock Bowling Club

Berriwillock Bowling Club is a sports club located in the small town of Berriwillock, within the Buloke Shire in North Western Victoria, Australia. With a population of approximately 150 people, Berriwillock is known for its wheat farming community and is situated halfway between Bendigo and Mildura on the Calder Highway.

The bowling club is one of the main recreational hubs in the town, alongside the Golden Crown Hotel, the local Post Office, Landmark (a farm supplies retailer), and grain storage facilities. The Berriwillock Historical Group, a subcommittee formed by the Berriwillock Community Development Group, is responsible for gathering information, photos, and stories about the community to share with the public on the internet.

The club also encourages community involvement and welcomes suggestions or contributions to the Berriwillock Memory Bank project, which aims to gather and share the history and memories of Berriwillock and its residents. This includes conducting interviews, transcribing data, scanning photos and documents, and making them accessible on the internet.
