We specialise in group fitness classes that cater to all levels of fitness.
Our training sessions take place at three convenient locations. The Studio, located at Shop 4/80 City Rd, provides a comfortable and well-equipped space for our classes. Additionally, we offer training at Kilkenny Park in Cornubia and Shailer Pioneer Park in Shailer Park, both of which are ideal for our bootcamp sessions.
One of our popular class options is Kettlebells. Led by an AKI accredited instructor, this workout utilises one of the most versatile fitness tools available. Kettlebell training challenges your heart and lungs, working on strength and cardio for a complete full-body workout. Whether you're looking to improve your physique or enhance your athletic performance, Kettlebells can help you achieve your goals.
For those seeking an intense and dynamic workout, our Fighting Fit classes are inspired by MMA training. During these sessions, you'll work on striking techniques such as punches, elbows, kicks, and knees using bags and focus mitts. This class also incorporates bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, battle ropes, skipping, running, and jumping, providing a comprehensive workout that will leave you feeling empowered.
If you prefer a bootcamp-style workout, our Bootcamp classes are perfect for you. Get ready to don your camo gear and engage in a variety of exercises that will challenge your strength, endurance, and agility. From bodyweight exercises to kettlebells, battle ropes, and agility ladders, our Bootcamp classes utilise various modalities to keep you motivated and energised.
When attending our classes, we kindly ask that you bring a towel and a water bottle. If needed, cold bottled water is available for purchase, as well as Gatorade and Powerade. If you're joining the Fighting Fit classes, feel free to bring your own gloves, though we can provide them if necessary. At our Studio in Beenleigh, we train on mats, so it's a no-shoes policy to ensure a safe and clean environment.
