Bellingen Fitness takes pride in its team of dedicated and knowledgeable trainers. Tom, the owner and operator, is currently studying his cert 3 and 4 in fitness and has a strong passion for helping others lose weight. Jess, also an owner/operator, is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and pre/post-natal coach. She enjoys working closely with people of all types to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

Bree, an exercise physiologist, is a healing presence in the gym, using exercise to gently and funnily help people uncover their gifts and strengths. Adika, another certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, is committed to motivating and inspiring individuals on their fitness journey.

Located in Raleigh, Bellingen Fitness is open six days a week, with a variety of opening hours to accommodate different schedules.
