Our team is made up of three dedicated instructors who are passionate about helping you achieve your goals. Led by Stuart, our boss man, Lynda, our admin girl (you won't miss her!
), and Aaron, the madman, we are committed to providing a friendly atmosphere where you can have some fun while working on your fitness.
With over 30 classes per week, we have something for everyone. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, we offer a variety of classes to cater to all abilities and interests.
