Belift

Belift is a personal training studio in Hove focused on small group strength training for women aged 40 and over. It offers personalised sessions designed around your body, experience and goals, with trainer support during every workout. The studio also provides a welcoming community of women at similar stages, along with guidance to build confidence and progress at your own pace. Belift runs in weekly small group sessions and includes access to a beginner's strength guide.
