With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and five years as a practising personal trainer and business owner, Benjamin is dedicated to inspiring and educating individuals from all backgrounds. He believes in the power of fitness to transform not only the body but also the mind. Benjamin's own journey from adversity, including being a high school dropout and battling anxiety, depression, and an autoimmune disease, has given him a unique perspective on the importance of exercise in overall well-being.
