Beginner tumbling is our introductory session for athletes who want to develop skills that may not have had much/any previous experience. This class teaches drills and skills to develop a foundation for safe tumbling.
Students in this class will learn skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, bridges, handstand bridges, bridge kickovers and eventually walkovers. They will also be taught variations and combinations of skills as they progress.
No experience is necessary, a fun interactive session that keeps the kids moving and learning the entire time. Self-paced learning as the qualified coaches motivate and encourage students.
