Beginner’s Seminar

Join Krav Maga Nottingham for a 90-minute Beginner’s Krav Maga Seminar in Nottingham on Friday, 23rd February 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. This seminar is a great opportunity for beginners to ease themselves into regular training classes. Taught in small groups, it covers key topics such as understanding Krav Maga, basic movement and striking, and basic defensive skills. The seminar is open to individuals with no or minimum prior experience of martial arts. The session will take place at Lady Bay Bridge in Nottingham. The cost is £15 per person.
