Our North London studio offers beginner kickboxing courses that are designed to introduce you to the basic techniques and practices of kickboxing. Whether you're aiming to work towards achieving your belts or just looking for a fun and challenging way to get fit, these classes are a great starting point.
We believe that kickboxing should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their fitness levels. That's why we welcome students of all abilities and tailor the training to suit individual needs. To make it even better, we're offering a free class pass for your first session on Saturdays at 1pm. It's the perfect opportunity to try it out and see if it's the right fit for you.

The next beginner course start dates are Tuesday 6th February 2024 at 6.15pm (Tuesday & Thursday) and Monday 4th March 2024 at 6.15pm (Monday & Wednesday). The course is priced at £120, but the first 10 people to book online will receive a free pair of gloves.
During our beginner kickboxing classes, which last for an hour, you will be guided through mobilisation drills and a warm-up, followed by dynamic stretching and the introduction of fundamental kickboxing techniques. You'll then have the chance to practice these techniques with a partner and participate in cardiovascular and strength exercises specific to the sport.
After the 4-week course, you'll have the opportunity to grade for your first belt, White 1. It's an exciting milestone and a chance to showcase the progress you've made.
If you're still unsure about joining the classes, no worries! You can try a session for free on Saturdays at 12pm. This way, you can experience the class firsthand without committing to any payments until you decide to continue.
All of our classes are led by a main instructor who is supported by additional instructors, ensuring that everyone receives the necessary assistance and guidance throughout the course.
