You'll learn foot movements performed from a standing position, movements on the floor supported by your hands and feet (downrock), impressive power moves that showcase speed, momentum, and acrobatic elements, and freezes that require you to stop all body motion and hold interesting positions or balances.
Active Attitude offers both Monthly and Annual membership packages, giving you the flexibility to choose the option that best suits your needs.
