Beard's Taekwondo Academy offers taekwondo classes and programs in Aurora, Ontario for young beginners through mature adults. The academy teaches the fundamentals of taekwondo through a family-orientated, fun and structured program that focuses on self-confidence, discipline, respect, fitness, and self-defence. Led by Master Paul Beard, who has coached nationally and in the London Olympics, the academy serves both recreational practitioners and those aiming for higher performance training.
