Our experienced and Diploma qualified Pilates instructor, Fiona, will guide you through each session and help you develop an awareness of your body and movement patterns. New clients are invited to an Initial Consultation with Fiona, where she will spend 1. 5 hours understanding your body, conducting postural analysis, and introducing you to the Pilates method and equipment. After this initial consultation, you can choose to attend semi-private sessions with a maximum of four clients, or opt for private sessions upon request. Session times are available Monday to Friday.
