Laura Lynn, the founder of Beach Pilates, is a second-generation Pilates instructor with a wealth of experience and expertise in the field. She is a graduate of Pilates elder Lolita San Miguels Master Mentor program, as well as a fully certified BASI Pilates and STOTT PILATES instructor. Laura Lynn is also a Bootybarre master trainer, Level 1 Hypopressive/Low Pressure Fitness Instructor, and the first SpringTone instructor in Canada. She holds full certification in the Classical Pilates Method with UNO Pilates .
