Leading the way at Bays All Stars is Miss Sophia Franzini, the school's director. With a passion for dance that began at the age of three, Miss Sophia has trained under the guidance of some of Sydney's most prestigious dance schools. Graduating from Newtown High School of the Performing Arts as a Dance and Drama major, she achieved top bands for both disciplines. Miss Sophia's remarkable achievements include winning National titles in Hip Hop for two consecutive years and numerous first places for Jazz and Contemporary in Sydney Eisteddfods.

As a coach, she has successfully led nine teams to win National Champion titles and numerous State titles in both Cheer and Dance. Miss Sophia is a fully qualified Acrobatic Arts coach and a Level 4 IASF Cheer coach. As the founder of Bays All Stars, she is delighted to witness her students grow into show-stopping champions under her guidance.
