Basement Pilates offers a variety of classes tailored to different preferences and fitness levels. Whether you're looking for a high-intensity cardio workout or a slower, controlled flow, we have something for everyone. Our Basement Breather class is perfect for beginners, offering a 50-minute low-impact Reformer Pilates session that focuses on improving flexibility, balance, and posture while reducing stress and enhancing mental focus.

For those seeking a more challenging workout, our Basement Burner class combines progressive Reformer Pilates with high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This full-body workout targets muscles you didn't even know you had, leaving you stronger, firmer, and fitter than ever before. If you're looking for the ultimate strengthening, stabilising, and fat-burning session, our Basement Blast class combines mat and Reformer Pilates with HIIT training.

At Basement Pilates, we also offer NDIS Pilates classes, tailored to the specific needs of NDIS clients. This programme provides a safe and inclusive space for everyone to unlock their greatest potential through movement.

In addition to our group classes, we also provide private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions. These personalised training sessions are perfect for improving technique, building confidence, or introducing you to the concepts of Reformer Pilates.

To make our classes accessible to all, we offer various membership and pass options. Our Basement Membership, priced at $62 billed weekly, includes three Reformer classes per week. For the best value, our Mega Membership includes five Reformer classes per week at $99 billed weekly. If you prefer a more casual approach, we offer the Intro 3 for $30 special for locals, as well as single class passes and discounted class passes for tourists.
