At BASECAMP, we have a deep love for human movement and understand the bodys incredible ability to adapt. We are dedicated to better understanding the important role nutrition and exercise play in living a healthy and active lifestyle. We not only know this but also practice it ourselves, as we truly believe in the value of our coaching services.
Our services include in-person coaching, group training, learn-to-lift programs, personal training (private and semi-private), and online coaching. We offer various assessments to determine your baseline and provide you with a customized program based on your goals, lifestyle, and assessment results. Our training app gives you access to training programs, exercise demo videos, and coach messaging, while progress reports help track your journey.
Graham Z. MacDonald (MSc, CSEP-CEP, FMS-L1, CF-L1) is the driving force behind BASECAMP. With years of experience in the fitness industry, Graham holds a BSc in Kinesiology, an MSc in Exercise Physiology, and is currently completing his PhD in Muscle Mechanics. He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology and has competed at the elite/national level in soccer and hockey.
