At Barwon Osteopathy and Pilates, we offer a holistic and natural approach to pain, injuries, and discomfort. With over 25+ years of experience, our team provides safe, gentle, and effective treatment and rehabilitation for various musculoskeletal conditions for people of all ages.

Osteopathy is clinically effective in the treatment of muscle, bone, and joint problems. Our knowledgeable practitioners can help with issues such as back and neck pain, migraines and headaches, arthritis, sport or work-related injuries, muscle or ligament strains, as well as treatment for babies and children and during and post-pregnancy. We also offer rehabilitation from all types of musculoskeletal injuries.

Our experienced practitioners have gone through extensive training and have diverse educational backgrounds. They are qualified to provide the best treatments possible and tailor each treatment individually. They utilise a broad range of osteopathic techniques, exercise rehabilitation, and patient education to help patients reach their goals.

Dr Tanya Shah is one of our dedicated osteopaths. She completed her Bachelor of Clinical Science and Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University. Tanya has further qualifications in dry needling, myofascial cupping, kinesiology taping, and clinical pilates. She enjoys treating people from all walks of life and has a keen interest in treating neck and back pain, headaches/migraines, and chronic pain.

Tanya is available Monday to Wednesday.

Olivia Richardson is our remedial massage therapist. She is a proud member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia and has further training in pregnancy massage and cupping therapy. Olivia is also a fully qualified clinical pilates instructor and can teach both mat and studio pilates.
