Welcome to Barton Athletic Club, also known as Shackladys Gym. Established in 1953, Barton AC is a Clubmark accredited, voluntary-run members club located in Manchester. The club operates with convenient opening hours to accommodate different schedules. We are open on Mondays from 4 PM to 8:30 PM, Tuesdays from 11 AM to 1 PM and 3 PM to 9 PM, Wednesdays from 4 PM to 8:30 PM, Thursdays from 11 AM to 1 PM and 3 PM to 9 PM, Fridays from 4 PM to 6 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 12 NOON.
We offer a wide range of classes and sessions to cater to various interests and fitness levels. Whether you prefer weightlifting, boxing, wrestling, road running, or general fitness training, we have something for everyone.
