The Barton-on-Sea Golf Club invites interested players to participate in the upcoming Ladies Open 2024 event, scheduled for Tuesday, 11th June. This exciting event will take place at Becton/Needles, with the tee set to Red. It's a Stableford H'cap 85% 3 person team Bowmaker competition, providing a fantastic opportunity for golf enthusiasts to showcase their skills.
Players of all levels are welcome to join, even those with a handicap index higher than 36.0. Ladies with higher handicaps can still enter and play using a handicap index of 36.0. As extra incentives, there will be team prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, along with nearest the pin prizes. So get your team of three ready for a chance to claim these exciting rewards!
The entry fee for a three-person team is £150.00. Upon arrival, participants will be warmly welcomed with coffee and biscuits to kick off the day. Additionally, a Halfway House will be available, offering a mouth-watering 2-course lunch with a vegetarian option. To ensure everyone's satisfaction, coffee, and mints will also be served. To be eligible for participation, all entrants must be a member of an EGU affiliated golf club and hold a WHS Handicap. Please note that members of the England Golf Independent Golfer scheme are not eligible to enter. If you require a buggy for the event, feel free to pre-order one from the pro-shop directly at 01425 615308 (option 1).
Once your entries are confirmed, please be aware that no refunds will be issued. Nevertheless, substitutes are allowed, so you can still ensure your team's spot even if someone is unable to make it.
