Hey team,
James O'Connor, the organiser, wants to give you all a heads up about Barry's Liverpool. Located right in the heart of Liverpool Town Centre, this gym is a go-to spot for anyone wanting a serious workout. You’ll find a great team of instructors, quality facilities, and a lively community ready to welcome you.
The gym's on the 5th floor at 15 Parker St, easy to reach whether you're local or just visiting. If you're driving, there's 24-hour parking at St. John's Car Park, a quick 5-minute walk from the gym. Prefer public transport? You'll be sorted with Central Station only 3 minutes away and Liverpool Lime Street just 5 minutes off.
Expect all the essentials with a bit more, like fully equipped restrooms, secure lockers with personalised codes, and hot, high-pressure showers loaded with decent soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels are on the house – small ones for your workout and bigger ones for after. There's even hair care stuff: hair dryers, elastics, and plenty of mirrors.
The gym also boasts the Fuel Bar, a spot where you can grab health-focused shakes and snacks. Whether you're after a protein-filled shake (chocolate, fruit, or vanilla) or just need to top up with some water and snacks, the Fuel Bar's got you covered.
Don’t forget to check out the shop, where you can bag some trendy fitness gear. Their in-house design crew is always cooking up new collections, so you'll not just feel good but look good too. They've got tanks, tees, shorts, pants – everything you might need.
James says the standout here is the team of instructors. Folks like Joseph Davies, Tate Kearns, Meg Landi, Justine Traynor, Franklin Opara, Nathan Dyke, and Liv Mercer are all here to push you to your best, making sure every workout is tough but rewarding.
Whether you're just starting on your fitness journey, aiming for new goals, or just love a high-energy workout, Barry's Liverpool is where you want to be. With top workouts, great amenities, and a dedicated team, Barry’s is all about transforming lives through fitness and community.
Catch you there,
James O'Connor
