With a background in Dance Performance and decades in the fitness world, she's passionate about getting everyone moving and loving it.
Since starting in 2000, Nikki's been leading fitness sessions and managing studios in London, then switched gears to teach PE and Dance, inspiring kids to stay active. Now, at Barre Class Cambridge, she brings that same energy to helping women through life's stages, from new mums to those navigating menopause.
