Welcome to Barre Cambridge, a leading gym located in Cambridge, New Zealand. Barre Cambridge offers a variety of barre and barre conditioning classes led by the highly experienced and talented Amy Holly.
Amy Holly brings over 20 years of experience in the dance industry, having worked as a dancer, choreographer, movement director, and teacher. She trained at the prestigious London Contemporary Dance School and served as the Dance Development co-ordinator for Cambridgeshire from 2011 to 2015. Amy is also the head of CAMYOGA's Barre team.
Amy's approach to teaching is rooted in the traditions of ballet, emphasising discipline, technique, and the importance of proper movement. However, her classes go beyond just exercise – they provide a unique perspective on life and self. Amy's expertise has been recognised by industry leaders, as she choreographed the Stella McCartney Adidas campaign in 2013.
Barre Cambridge offers weekly classes at The Manor Barn in Harlton. These classes are held on Mondays from 19:00 to 20:00 and on Wednesdays from 09:30 to 10:30. Additionally, there are barre classes available at CAMYOGA Central on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 to 13:30, and on Sundays from 09:00 to 09:45 and 10:00 to 11:00. Barre conditioning classes are also offered at CAMYOGA Mitchams on Fridays from 11:30 to 12:30.
To attend Amy's classes in Harlton or workshops, passes can be purchased directly on the Barre Cambridge website. A 10 class pass is available for 80. 00, and single classes can be purchased for 10. 00.
In addition, core workshops are offered at 25. 00 per session.
