The retreat takes place at the Hotel Komune & Beach Club in Keramas Beach, Bali. It is open to both experienced and beginners in exercise, with existing BVPT clients receiving priority invitations.

The retreat includes accommodation for 8 days and 7 nights, nutrition workshops, guided breathwork sessions, small group strength training, boxing and HIIT sessions, guided yoga sessions, guided meditation sessions, periods of complete silence for reflection, and free time to relax, reflect, and explore the beautiful island of Bali. There is also an optional sunrise volcano trek for those looking for an extra adventure during their retreat.
The itinerary for the Bali retreat is subject to change based on availability, weather, safety, and other factors. It includes a mix of activities such as morning yoga, breakfast, morning HIIT/boxing/cardio sessions, free time, workshops, afternoon gym sessions, dinners, and yoga nidra.
