The founder of Barnard Fitness, Allan Barnard, is a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, with a BTEC National Diploma in Sport. He has extensive experience in the fitness industry, having worked with Aquaterra Leisure before establishing Barnard Fitness in 2011.
Barnard Fitness offers both Fitness Bootcamps and Personal Training sessions, tailored to suit individual needs. The sessions are not only focused on hard work but also on creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. By combining fun and challenging workouts, Barnard Fitness ensures that clients can achieve their goals while having a good time.
In addition to being a certified personal trainer, Allan Barnard holds various fitness qualifications, including Level 3 Nutrition, Level 3 Exercise Referral, Level 3 Advanced Instructor, Level 1 Coaching Strength and Conditioning in Sport, Schwinn Spinning Instructor, Kettlercise Instructor, Level 1 Football Coach, and First Aid at Work. He is also a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
