Our two large studios offer a variety of fitness classes for all abilities, ranging from Group Cycle to Yoga to HIIT.

The Barking Sporthouse and Gym also boasts a 5-court sports hall, where you can participate in various indoor sports, including badminton, football, and Futsal. Additionally, we are proud to be home to a 900 square metre skate park, perfect for skateboard enthusiasts.
